We are Claudia & Caroline, and we understand the profound impact that grief can have upon you. It can bring a deep sense of loss, and can feel incredibly isolating. It may also bring powerful emotions, such as anger and guilt. You may find that it is affecting your relationships, your work, your health and your sense of hope for the future. Maybe you are concerned about your child, or the impact that a bereavement has had upon you as a family unit. We would like to help. We offer tailored support for adults, children and families. We specialise solely in grief, and our extensive experience and training enables us to provide a quality and depth to the support we can offer you. Bereavement support should begin when you feel ready - and without delay. We always endeavour to begin your support as soon as possible after you contact us, because we understand the heavy burden of grief.

Individual support for adults with a Bereavement Practitioner via telephone, Zoom or in person. An opportunity for in-depth exploration of your grief

Group support - small groups facilitated by Bereavement Practitioners via Zoom or in person. A chance to connect with others who understand how you feel

Grief workshops - learning more about the grieving process often provides reassurance & greater understanding of the complexities of grief

Your grief is personal and unique, and we believe your bereavement support should be too. We offer a variety of services that can be tailored to your individual needs:

Pre-bereavement support - support for carers, family & children who are facing the loss of a loved one

Children & family support - we offer one-to-one support for children or the adults caring for them, and also the opportunity to work together as a family

Family workshops - an opportunity to share memories, work creatively & gain more understanding about the impact of loss on your family
